The Magic

Day 1 COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS ❤️ Read the info in the book for Day 1. Complete the task:- 🌟 First thing in the morning or as soon as you can, make a list of 10 blessings in your life. 🌟 Also write WHY you are grateful for each blessing. 🌟 Go back and read your list, in your mind or out loud. When you get to the end of each one, say the magic words Thank You, Thank You, Thank You and feel the gratitude for that blessing as much as you can. 🌟 Repeat the above each day for the next 27 days.

Day 2 Gratitude

💫 The Magic Rock

👁 In the beginning of working with these practices, it takes concentrated days in a row to make gratitude happen.

💥 Anything that reminds you to be grateful is helping you turn your life into gold with gratitude, and that’s exactly what this magical practice is about.

🖐 Day 2 and you need to find a small size rock or stone that fits in the palm of your hand and you can close your fingers around.

✊ Choose a rock that is smooth, fairly light and feels really good in your hand when you hold it.

🏞 You can find your Magic Rock in the garden, a riverbed, creek, ocean or park. You may even already have a precious rock or stone you can use.

🛌 Place your Magic Rock by your bedside.

🌔 Before you get into bed to go to sleep, pick up your Magic Rock, hold it in the palm of one hand and close your fingers around it.

🙏 Close your eyes, take a deep breath and think back carefully about all the good things that happened during the day, and choose the best thing that happened that you are grateful for.

💫 Say the magic words ‘thank you’ and you feel the gratitude.

🛌 Return your Magic Rock to beside your bed and that’s it.

😴 Go to sleep feeling the wonderful feelings of gratitude for the best thing that happened to you today.

🙌 Repeat this every night.

🧲 Because gratitude is magnetic and creates more things to be grateful for, the concentration of gratitude for these 28 days will intensify the magnetic force of your gratitude.

🤩 Remember to also write another 10 things you are grateful for and why in your gratitude journal.

Day 3 Gratitude

👫 Magical Relationships

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Without relationships there is no pleasure or joy in your life.

😊 It’s your contact and experiences with other people that give your life joy, meaning and purpose. Because of that, your relationships affect your life more than anything else.

🙌 People who practice gratitude have closer relationships, are more connected to family and friends and have other people look upon them favourably.

💖 Gratitude makes relationships flourish.

💫 Gratitude will give you more patience, understanding, compassion and kindness.

🌟 Today’s magical practice is being grateful for people – just as they are!

📷 Choose three of your closet relationships to be grateful for and have a photograph of each of these three people.

🙏 Now think about what you are most grateful for about each person.

💋 What things do you love most about them?

👍 What are their best qualities?

📝 Now looking at their photographs what are the 5 things you are most grateful for about each person and write them down in your gratitude journal.

🤩 Thank you, (their name) for (what)?

🖐 Five times for each person.

❤️ Keep these photos in a place you can see them often (even in the front or your gratitude journal) – look at these photos often saying ‘thank you’ and feeling gratitude in your heart.

👀 Look at these photos at least 3 times today feeling the gratitude and saying thank you.

✏️ Write your daily 10 things you are grateful for in your journal.

✨ Take your Magic Rock in your hand before bed and say thank you for the best thing that happened during your day.

Day 4 Gratitude 💫 Magical Health

🙃 Health is our most precious thing in life, and yet more than anything else, we can take of health for granted.

🧠 For many, the only time you’ll think the importance of your health is when you lose it.

👎 What is life without your health?

🎁 Health is a gift of life and it’s time to be totally grateful for this daily gift.

😘 Giving thanks in return for the health you receive is vital and will set the magic into motion to increase the flow of health to you.

🔝 The degree you are grateful for your health is the exact degree that your health will magically increase.

😍 You should feel amazing everyday.

😪 One of the major causes of lack of vitality is lack of gratitude.

🤲 Think about all the different parts and functions of your body and start feeling deep gratitude for them for what they enable you to do.

🦵Your legs and feet – your main form of transportation in your life!

✋ Your arms and hands – the major tools in your daily life.

👁 Your senses – smell, touch, sound, sight, taste and how you use them everyday.

🧠 Your brain, your cells, your organs which all work automatically without you having to think about them.

❤️ The most important of all is your HEART – governing the life of every other organ, keeping life flowing to every system in your body.

🙏 It’s time to say thank you to every part and function of your body.

☝️Today’s gratitude practice –

📝 Take out a piece of paper or a card and write on it in bold letters

💗 THE GIFT OF HEALTH IS KEEPING ME ALIVE!

🧾 Take this card and carry it with you today.

4️⃣ On at least 4 separate occasions, when you see these words read them slowly and feel as grateful as you can for every part and every function.

🌹 Being grateful for your health is ESSENTIAL to keep your health 🙌

📖 Remember to also do another 10 things you are grateful for in your gratitude journal, and holding your Magic Rock being grateful for the best thing that happened today, before going to sleep.
