I love smudging my self, my home, my intentions using either White Sage or Palo Santo. Use this prayer with either Sage or Palo Santo or another smudging tool.
As I light the smudging stick I offer my gratitude and appreciation to Sage and/or Palo Santo and call in Divine Light to surround me. I call in the presence of my team of guides, companions, angels and ascended masters and ask them to enter into this time and space. I call forth the consciousness of the Sage in conjunction with my team to fully cleanse my energy of any and all negativity. This is all being said while I wave the smoking wood above my head and move down my body. I hold the smudging stick so that the smoke touches each finger and my wrists. As I work the smoke down my body I am still speaking out loud: I release into the light any stagnant energy that no longer serves me. I am releasing any attachments, any negativity, any density into the light so that I shine with my highest possible vibration. so that I embody my highest authenticity, my highest vibrational light, anything that is not in alignment with this highest truth be cleansed and released into the light of the Divine. I am calling in my authentic light and truth. I am calling in the pure presence of source consciousness light and spirit. I thank you for cleansing my energy and elevating my vibration so that I vibrantly shine radiantly and live vibrantly. I thank the Sage and / or Palo Santo and my entire team of guides angels and ascended masters for their service. Thank you helping me to stay clear, connected and vibrant.
